At Christy Dawn, we want you to cherish your sustainably made pieces for years to come. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Prepare Your Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original compostable packaging to minimize environmental impact.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
